To produce a comprehensive archaeology page for this website would be an enormous undertaking. Luckily the power of the internet means that we don't have to do that and instead can use the link to get to the extensive resources of Archaeology Data Service (ADS). You will have to agree to their terms and conditions (no difficulty for people with just a personal interest) and can then use their search facilities to find much of interest in the area and far wider afield.
There are several ways to explore their catalogue, but for a start if you select the Basic Search you can then put in a phrase to describe what you are interested in. For example, Pulverbatch Shropshire will produce nearly 70 items many of which you will recognise.
Thanks to ADS for allowing, and indeed welcoming, our use of this link.
